This instructional DVD features Sifu Wu Kwong Yu performing the 108 postures of the Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan or 'Form'. At the beginning of the DVD is a brief history of Tai Chi Chuan and the Wu family featuring clips from the renowned Macau Fight, followed by step-by-steps instructions of the 108 postures, opening warm-up exercises and a demonstration of the complete form.
This DVD features Master Eddie Wu Kwong Yu performing the new official International Wu Style 54 Competition Round Form postures. The form is followed by detailed form-by-form instructions, basic requirements and basic walking.

Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan Basic Push Hands, Power Generation and Applications from the Wu Family performed by Master Eddie Wu Kwong Yu (5th Generation of the Wu family). This DVD features Master Eddie Wu Kwong Yu demonstrating and teaching power generation (fa jing) applications and how to apply the Wu Style movements of the Wu Family Forms into martial applications. Originally a separate video tape, this DVD also features Master Wu's instruction on single form Chi Kung (Qigong) exercises designed to improve circulation and stimulate the flow of chi.
This DVD features Master Wu Yan Hsia performing the opening warm-up exercises for the sword, followed by the 108 postures of the Wu Style Tai Chi Sword from the Wu Family.
